What Causes Tremors And Pain In The Hands?
My 64 y/o female neighbor has quivering of her hands and arms,an aching up and down her entire spine, and mouth gets dry. When mouth gets dry , she will dry heave, but putting a mint or something in her mouth will totally stop this symptom . There is no preceding nausea. This started 2 weeks ago, with vomiting. No other flu like symptoms, no cold symptoms. She said she would vomit if she ate.

Tremors in the old age may be due to :
1. Essential tremor
2. Parkinsonism.
3. Alzheimers disease with muscle weakness.
4. Wilsons disease.
5. Motor neuron disease etctera.
Until the examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your neuro physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
