What Causes Tremors And Poor Concentration After Taking Percocet?

I know someone who is currently in hospital following knee replacement surgery. He has been taking Percocet following knee replacement on afternoon of June 7, 2017. He is having tremors every 20 seconds, difficulty maintaining concentration, needed a unit of blood today because hematocrit is low, being observed in hospital for next 2 days. Are these issues probably related to his intake of Percocet?
