What Causes Tremors In Hand During Physical Activity?

I am a freshmen and today during volleyball practice I noticed a tremor in my right hand. During practice it was really noticible. Now it s not as noticable unless I stretch my arm out. The only time it stops shaking is if its resting completely on something.

This sounds like essential tremor. That type of tremor can run in families and it is benign. It does not sound like Parkinson's disease tremor. It is best to see a doctor and get an exam and some lab work done. There are medications to help control this type of tremor if the doctor confirms that essential tremor is what you are having
