What Causes Tremors In Hand Followed By Fainting?

The other day as I was washing dishes I felt really shaky, I looked aty hand and sure enough...my fingers wouldn't stay still. I began talking to my mother-in-law but I couldn't hear what she said I felt like I was going to faint. I thought it was because I hadn't had brakefast yet...once I had a snack the shaking kind of calmed down...but I still don't understand why I shake so much...?

Hi
Wellcome to Health Care Magic
I am doctor Muhammad aAhmad
I have read your query and will try to explain how this happens..

According to the scenario you told us the reason of tremors and generalized weakness seems to be low sugar (hypoglycemia)

When we used to be in Med-school there was a professor of physiology who would look at our faces and tell us who has had a breakfast and who didn't and he used to be correct all the time,

I am telling this to emphasise you the importance of doing a good breakfast you can skip lunch but not breakfast even if you are on diet.. It is needed for function of you body and bran both.

About tremors: Tremors can happen in low glucise level in blood thats why some body gets fit in hospital it's a standard procedure to give him a shot of sugar immediately even before diagnosing the cause .

Do take your break fast regularly with a good fruit like apple and banana keep your salts right if yiu sweat much and you will stay well.

Hope that answered you question if you have a follow uo question dont hesitate to ask.Wish you health.
