What Causes Tremors In Hands And Syncope?

My hands have been shaking pretty constantly over the past 3 or 4 weeks, but yesterday I noticed they were shaking really bad, and I ended up fainting at my friends house, fell right on my face and put a hole in his wall. He said I was out cold for about 30 minutes but it seemed like less than a minute to me. I have no idea what any of this means?
