What Causes Tremors In Left Hand?
For a few months now, my left hand shakes as I carry or hold anything, can not do my regular daily things. My speech is not the same. My hand is starting to hurt. What could this be, it s embarrassing at times, I m dropping everything with my left hand, what could it be?

you seem to be having either essential tremors or parkinson's , if speech too is impaired then likelihood of having parkinson's is higher,
i would suggest a quick appointment with a neurologist and a through evaluation, there are effective therapies available to reduce and control your disease process and the disability its causing so please don't delay and get an opinion fast and start on treatment
