What Causes Tremors In Right Hand And Leg While Applying Pressure?

My husband has shaking in his right hand & leg when he applies pressure like holding a fork , trying to button his shirt or pressing on the gas pedal driving. When he is relaxed he does shake? Trying to find the right kind of dr to get to the problem of this. We were told to see a neurosurgeon to get test to find out what the problem is.
