What Causes Tremors In Right Hand And Leg?

i have tremors in my right hand and right leg. I am 63 yrs. Theses tremors started about three years back but now for last three months are increasing day by day . I have been operated (open heart) about 8 yrs back and taking ramipril 1.25 mg and atorvastatin 5 mg regularly. pleae advise
