What Causes Tremors In Right Hand?

I just had my gallbladder removed 2 weeks ago. Recovering well, but 4 days ago I started having hand tremors in my right hand when it's at rest. It's starting to worry me. Is that a possible side effect from not having a gallbladder? On wellbutrin Sr (almost 6 months now) and nuvaring. 32yrs old.
