What Causes Tremors In The Body?

I don t know from when the tremor started but i noticed it at age of 16, since I m thin some said if you gain weight it may reduce, but recently one of my friend noticed it and said you will have to look a doctor and practise embroidery, what is the cause of my tremor?

there can be several causes for tremors
It could be nervous system disorder or endocrine problem or nutritional deficiencies

as you mentioned you are of low weight
we might need Thyroid gland function assessment Thyroid profile
check blood glucose, serum electrolytes,
(serum caeruloplasmin to rule out Wilson's disease where tremors can be seen)
calcium and Vitamin D supplements along with Bcomplex multivitamins to help any neurological dysfunction due to nutritional deficiencies.
it could be essential tremors with unknown cause but needs to rule out all other causes.
