What Causes Tremors In The Hands And Elevated Heart Rate?

My son is 16 and has been having these episode s in which his hands start shaking, heart races, he looses all function of his limbs, can t talk,and breathes heavy. These are the symptoms that are always present. Others are numbness and tingling in limbs and face, seeing spots or blurred vision. Episode s usually only last for several minutes but may take up to 45 minutes before he has full balance back. This has been going on for over a year. He is seeing a neurologist and seizures has pretty much been ruled out. He has seen two cardiologist. First diagnosed him with a rbbb. The second said there was nothing wrong with his heart but his EKG shows a rich. I am not sure what is going on with my son and I am not getting answers from the doctors. The only thing I know for sure is he has narcolepsy. Any suggestions on a possible diagnosis or if there is something wrong with his heart?
