Hello, my husband had been working in the yard most of the day, not too strenuously, the weather was nice, about 70 degrees. He ate ok at lunch. Just got in the shower to get ready for a party, says his stomach feels a little unsettled and his hands are shaking a bit and feeling a little lithargic. Gave him aspirine, water, noodle soup and crackers. Feeling a little better but still a shakey
