What Causes Tremors In The Hands And Numbness In The Legs?

I have ended up in the hospital four times for something no one knows what it is. It starts with my hands be shakey, then I just drop things, then I don t get dizzy or pass out, my legs just go away, I feel like I am melting best word I can use for it. I sleep a very deep sleep where someone has to yell and touch me to wake me up. I can understand when people talk or ask question, but I have a hard time answering. I have been checked for blood clots, last hosp. stay one doctor said he didn t think it was my lungs, thought it was my heart. I have copd, pacemaker for 3rd degree heart block, heart murmur, doesn t cause me a problem. I have had hepa,b,c hiv/aids menengitis and everything else, salysilate, tylenol all negative. I take alot of BC powder, half aspirin half caffiene. can that cause these symptoms? I think I working on another episode.
