What Causes Tremors In The Hands While On Lexapro And Seroquel?

My daughter has been on Lexapro 20mg,and Seraquil 100mg for a few years. Recently she started dropping things and has had hand tremors that come and go,but could last for a few hours. Can either of these medications , or both cause these side effects? Our family history has Parkinson s, MS and Olivopontocerebellar degeneration . She is going to be 40. Thanks

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Seroquel is having quetipine.
Lexapro is having escitalopram.
None of these drugs cause tremors or weakness in hands.
Early onset parkinsonism is seen after 40 years especially when there is strong family history of parkinsonism is present.
So better to take her to neurologist for clinical examination and MRI of brain to diagnose parkinsonism.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wishing good health to your daughter. Thanks.
