What Causes Tremors In The Hands?

my hands began to have a tremor about a year ago just occasionally an now it s all of the time. very slight if they are relaxed but if i m using them to hold something, like eating, holding the phone or holding the steering wheel when i drive the tremor is much worse. Any ideas as to what this might be?

Tremors are normal for people. after stressful conditions you could have Tremors. nicotine dependence causes Tremors. Hypocalcemia causes Tremors. so check the calcium levels 9-11 is normal. check your calcium levels. But according to your description intentional Tremors are a sign of cerebellar dysfunction. A neurologist advice is good. Try some calcium supplements and if you notice any change that's good. or else visit a neurologist.
