What Causes Tremors In The Left Arm And Legs?

My left arm & both legs have uncontrollable tremors most every evening. I am not deficient in anything. I ve had RLS for many years & take Ropinirol, 5mgs. My grandmother had Parkinson s back in the 1950s. I have severe arthritis in both hips as well. Diagnosis, please?

I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, we should should first rule out brain pathology for your Unilateral (left arm and left leg) tremors.
So consult neurologist and get done clinical examination, MRI brain.
If this is normal then no need to worry for brain pathology.
Sometimes intentional tremors are seen with restless leg syndrome (RLS).
So take propranolol and flunarizine combination at night time before going to bed.
Don't worry, you will be alright but first rule out brain pathology.
