What Causes Tremors In The Left Hand, Impaired Cognition And Fatigue?

57 year old male, recently diagonosed with meniere s. Suffer from mild cognitive loss, shaking/tremor like movement in left hand. Fatuique, depression, anxiety and treating for PTSD. I have had three bad falls in the past year, muscle rigidity in lower extremities.
