What Causes Tremors In The Left Hand?

A month ago I started having small tremors in my left hand. Thia past Friday (1 week ago ) the tremors suddenly progressed to sever in my hands arms legs and I can feel them through my whole body. I am under pain management and take morphine sulfate. 30 mg 3 to 4 times a das I stopped taking the medication for 2 days and the tremors got less but have not stopped. Ithink I am having some other reaction. Parasite maybe??
