What Causes Tremors In The Limbs?

Sir My name is Naresh Sharma. I am 28 years old. i have tremor in my both hands and my trunk like yes-yes, no- no since last 3 years. I feel uncontrol in my both arms and neck. when I sit neck tremor increase and after that i can not hold cup of tea or water properly. all of this i feel very embbarssing.These are essential tremors my father and grand father also suffer from this.this is our genetic problum. I am just wanted to know that is there any treatment you have for this genetic problem. Kindly suggest me that what should do to me. please sugges me any medician for neck(Trunk) and hand tremor.
