What Causes Tremors In The Lower Legs?

Lower legs will get shaky and If I don t lean against a wall or against someone, I fall. Does not happen all the time, there is no rhymn or reason. I drive 45 minutes to work and when I go into the building this will happen, it has happened twice. Seems to happen when I have been sitting for a while and sometimes when I am standing at a counter.
