General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Some of the common reasons of tremor of the hand are:
Parkinson disease
Essential tremor -- a neurological disorder. People with essential tremor experience frequent shaking. The shaking can’t be controlled.
• Medication side effects
• Caffeine overdose
• Anxiety
• Low blood sugar

So is necessary a neurological examination and some tests beginning with a blood test.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
