What Causes Tremors In Upper Body After Taking Sertraline And Lisinopril?

I am taking 200mg sertraline, 20mg lisinipril, 25mg carvedilol (twice daily), 150mg Pradaxa (twice daily) and 2000mg Vitamin D3, I am having tremors in my upper body - mainly my hands, but also my shoulders and arms at times. The inside of my left foot keeps tingling as well. I am also having sudden muscle twitches. I have degenerative discs, bone spurs and compression in my c4-5. The symptoms have been primarily since starting the sertraline and D3. Could any of the symptoms be related to the med?
