What Causes Tremors, Numbness And Tingling Sensation In The Body?

I have tremors, numbness, tingling and dizziness and nausea,that come and go. My balance is a little off. I have a normal head CT, all blood work, ekg have come back normal so far. In the process of more blood work to rule out lyme disease, lupus, vitamin B12 deficiency. What are some other things that could cause these symptoms.
