What Causes Tremors, Twitching And Joint Pain In Body With Balancing And Memory Issues?

I have been having these symptoms for about 6 months and they are getting worse. I am waiting to see a Rhemetolgist, but it takes over a month to get in and I am hoping to get some ideas or answers ASAP.

Symptoms are:

Tremors

Irregular gait

Feels like my right leg doesn’t want to move correctly

Severe fatigue

Leg twitches

Headaches

Raised irregular line inside of cheeks

Weakness

Rollercoaster weight (weight gain, then loss, then gain, then loss)

Constipation

Heaviness in lungs feeling, sometimes with pain in area around the lungs (front and back)

Balancing issues

Memory issues (can’t remember words and have to explain to get someone to tell me the word)

Irregular spouts of joint pain all over body with no fever

Occasional dry mouth or feeling like needing to drink a lot

Rare problems sleeping through the night

Needing to urinate during the night (2-5 times a night)

Vertigo

Low grade fevers in evening (99.2 to 99.9)
