What Causes Tremors While Writing And Nervousness?

I am 59 years old person. I feel fear of small situation ,& tremor hands while writing or signing infront of somebody ,tremor neck ,hands ,legs while standing for speech or delivering presentation.suggest me some quick reliefing medicine which I can take just before facing situation. & fear can be disaapear , & this medicine should not have any adverse effect .

I think, you have performance anxiety. In that case, you nee antidepressant like paroxetine with propranolol that would help to control these symptoms. You need prescription of a physician or psychiatrist to get them. You can also try some relaxation exercise like JPMR or deep breathing exercise. In case, you need further help, you can ask.
