General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear Patient,

i am sorry to hear that you are so depressive and anxious. Trouble concentrating can be a typical symptom of depression, due to the lack of serotonine and noradrenaline/adrenaline transmission in your brain. When a patient like you comes to my office i usually recommend reducing stress factors and restoring work/ life balance. Also there is effective antidepressant medication available which can support restoring the balance of the neurotransmitters. If possible also a psychotherapy can give you help and support. You should talk to your local md about this. Hope this is helping you , if you have any clarificatons you can get back to me, if this was helpful please kindly rate my answer. Best regards
