Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Tunnel Vision With Blurred Edges And Nausea?
My husband says he experienced tunnel vision with blurred edges and nausea twice today for short periods of time. He is 49 years old and had an angioplasty with stent 4 months ago. He is on ASA, Plavix, Ramipril and Lipitor. His family doctor can t see him until Wednesday. What should we do? My mistake.....I thought this was a helpline not a money grab. We will attend at our local ER. This site should be shut down.
The tunnel vision with blurred edges and nausea can be due to changes in intra ocular pressure secondary to various reasons. Though there is no mention of digoxin in this drug list, that can be a prominent cause in heart failure patients if the same is being taken on regular basis.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
