What Causes Twinges In Ovary With Light Period While Passing Urine?

Ive been having twinges in my right ovary area for the last couple of weeks, its not painful but im really aware of it. its not my appendix because i had it removed. I had a wierd period there other day, it was really really light but was on/off for 5/6 days, it seem to be mostly just when i passed urine, i didnt get my pains that i usually get with it. what is going on?
