What Causes Twisting Pain In Abdomen During Urination?

I had to urinate really bad for about 30 minutes. When I finally did go, the color, smell, etc. was all normal, however, as soon as I stood up I got a wrenching feeling in my lower abdomen. It is still there slightly but gets really bad if I stand up. Ideas?

You maybe having urinary tract infection or stones in urinary tract.
Get a Urine Detailed Report and an ultrasound of Kidneys, ureter and Bladder(KUB)
