What Causes Twitches In The Ear And A Lump On The Throat?

My head is hurting not a head ache but rather muscle spasms, twitches in my ears, spine is popping, problems swallowing food, can t breath or stop breathing at beginning of sleep and wake up with heart raving, gasping for air, trembly, hard to see, vision comes back slow. I was put on antibiotic for sinuses blockage via XRay, but I didn t have any sumtoms really except for flight twinge in ears. Feels like a lump in my throat. I think there is more that sinuses going on and it s not anxiety. Any ideas??? Help is greatly appreciated! Thank you, B
