What Causes Twitches,dizziness And Mild Headache?

im having twitches all over and minor head aches for a second then they go away and sometimes lightheaded,and somestimes confused we had a ct done and they found nothing, i have anxiety do you think i might become paralyzed if i ignore theses symptoms???
