Twitching in my left side above my ear it switches for about 10 seconds throughout the day it will happen for about 10 second go from my ear to eye sometimes and back to ear.... feels like a creepy crawly worm... if i push on it it stops.... it started about 2 years ago it would happen once a month maybe or once a week now its every day....... also about 2-4 yrs ago i twitched in my upper lip... and thumb on right side.... i dont know if its related but the twitching has not been in my lip lately but i twitch in my legs and thighs and butt cheeks and shoulders alot..... mainly when i lay down at night it goes crazy and twiches for like a solid hour... sometimes it helps relax when i turn on heating pad... it will slow it down.... it doesnt twitch as much when i move or even sitting during the day i may twitch in my legs once every hour but at night its every second for an hour or so...
