What Causes Twitching All Over The Body?

Hi, I'm 17. I twitch all over my body everyday. It started last year, my left eye twitch consistently for 4-7 days. After that, the twitches were more frequent but now it had gotten to a point where it's affecting my sleep. I don't take caffeine. I take a lot of sugar. I drink a lot of water. I don't do exercise but I climb staircases daily as my room is on the third floor. I'm not stressed neither do I have anxiety problems. I just want the twitching to stop. I have a feeling that it will get worse with tine. What can I do?
