What Causes Twitching And Flickering Sensation In Various Areas Within The Body?

Hello Doc, my name is Eric Love and I would like to ask you about some symtoms I've been experiencing for awhile now. For several months and maybe even a year I have experienced this rapid twitching in varies areas within my body. It seems to move from area to area (legs, arms, back and even my eye lids. No specific time that it ocurrs and it will just start twitching and flickering. Now, it seems to be internally in my chest and I can actually feel the vibration from it as I'm laying in the bed. Really got me concerned and I seem to have been experiencing insomnia as well.
