What Causes Twitching Feeling In My Eyes?

A few weeks ago I notice this twitching feeling behind my eyes. It made me a bit nauseous and would happen every few minutes. It has now progressed to the point that If I get up and move around, i get really nauseous and my head throbs with pain. I have been bed bound for three days now because it happens every time I move standing up. No stuffy nose and no history of headaches. No fever. I ve drank lots of water. The room is not spinning when it happens but I have to lay down due to the pain and nausea and it doesn t go right away....it lasts for quite awhile. Even after laying down for a while, my head is still throbbing and feels inflamed. Pain is behind both eyes, above eyebrows, on temples and around my whole head. Any ideas? My concern is that it could be a tumor.
