What Causes Twitching Feeling On Face And All Over Body?

Hello doctor, i used someone else s toilet roll about 18 months ago i stupidly pressed some of it on my face to because i thought it felt damp and unfortunately it was, i assume it fell down the toilet and i think there might have been urine in the toilet it got dropped into, the next day i start getting twithing on the spot i pressed it against on my face and now its gotton worse and i feel twithing all over my bod literally in every part of my body ive felt it even in my brain, do you have any idea what this could be or any idea what medication i could use to treat this symptom

this is ticks. no reason is known. however some thought it and linked to anxiety.so try to control anxiety. yoga and meditation may help. can consult naturopath experts.
