What Causes Twitching Feeling On The Left Side Of The Head?

i am a 16 year old female and i have a twitchy feeling on the left side of my head near my temple , is this a bad thing? it happens sometimes but comes and goes aways and its happend the past few days. im just wondering if its a bad thing or what it is?
