What Causes Twitching In Eye And Heaviness In Upper Eyelid?

I have had daily fluttering/twitching in my left eye (occassionally in the right eye), and it feels like the upper eye lid is very heavy. It also creates a pressure feeling which also goes into the left temple. People have told me I m not getting enough sleep, but this feeling happens any time of day even when I m rested.

I really appreciate your concern, this very common condition of eye (Twitching of eye lid) and this is non specific and does not need any treatment and this is self limiting condition, if this long last then it need to be seen clinically by eye surgeon, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
