What Causes Twitching In Eye And Ringing In Ears Along With Dizziness?

I have had a twitching left eye lid for about a month now, I have had constant ringing in the ears for almost a week now but I have had the ringing before but only for a brief second and far apart so I never thought anything of it. I ve had dizzy spells since I was about 16 but doctors never figured out why I get those. They seemed to calm down as an adult though I seem to have started getting dizzy again lately during my martial arts class. Lately, probably over the past couple months, I ve noticed sometimes when I yawn I get random shots of pain at my jaw line on the same side of my face as the ear ringing and eye twitching. Any ideas?

Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the pain in jaw line, side of face with ringing ear may be in concern with:
- Imbalance at cochlear apparatus
- Takayasu arteritis or giant cell arteritis
- Autoimmune disorders
- Neuromuscular junction or neurotransmitter problems

However, a detailed work up with an ENT check up:
* Audiometry
* Weber and Rinne tests
* MRI brain
would be serving best in this regard.
