What Causes Twitching In Eye And Sore Throat?
I think something is wrong with me. My right eye was twitching last night and this morning the right side of my nose started twitching. My hands are shaking even though I m trying to hold them still. Every part of my body hurts all the time even when I havent been excercising. My abdomen has been getting a sort of piercing feeling lately, on and off. I feel like I m going to throw up, but I haven t yet. I get a headache almost every single day, sometimes they last sometimes they don t. My throat has been a bit sore also. Please help me

Hello,
Eye twitching & radiating to the nose may be indicative of stress, fatigue, caffeine, dehydration, muscle cramps, inadequate sleep, etc. Get adequate sleep, stay well hydrated, avoid anxiety / stress, take food rich in fiber, avoid constipation, avoid oily, fatty food. Take easily digestible well cooked food like whole cereals, veggies, fruits, nuts, etc.
Take food rich in vitamin B1, B16, B12, vitamin E or supplements. Take antacids and PPIs for relief. Take acetaminophen or Naproxen, one SOS to ease pain. Since you have sore throat, gargle with warm salt water 3-4 times a day. Take non sedating antihistamines. You are suggested to get clinically examined by an ENT, to detect if you have migraine and pharyngitis. You may need antibiotics.
