What Causes Twitching In Mouth?

Hello, I'm 18 years old and had a baby 2 months ago. I weigh 110 lbs and was diagnosed with a heart murmer when I was 4. Other wise, very healthy. I am noticing when I read out loud that my mouth twitches and am curious to why. I have also been feeling baby blues too. what do you think?
