What Causes Twitching In The Arm,leg And Eye?

Hi I'm a 37 year old retired army Soldier. While serving in the Army I had twitching in the right eye, arm and leg. The Army couldn't figure it out. And I have a back injury from war and also a head injury from war. I have been to neuro , eye doctors etc. It's like I get a run around. I would just like to know what's wrong with me or who to see.
