What Causes Twitching In The Eyes While Suffering From Low Cholesterol Levels?
hi i am a 50 year old female in great health. low cholesterol. normal bp 120/80 but for past 4 years or so I have been getting debilitating migraines, sometimes correlated with my period coming. In last year or so I have noticed that my right eye is drooping quite a bit and I have twitching in my right eye upper and lower area from time to time. THe headaches are always on the right side as well. Is this just a migraine or could it be something worse and why the eye drooping on one side? thank you

Possible issue with the levator palpebrae superioris muscle of the eyelid.
You must get an MRI done for the brain and further guidelines from your neuro physician.
