What Causes Twitching In The Groin Having A History Of Heart Attack?

I had a massive heart attack in Jan 2013. I had several complications, such as severe bleeding from the cardiac cath site, two episodes of CHF, not to mention that I went into cardiac arrest in the ambulance in the ER ramp area. My question is this. On and off, I have notices twitching in my right groin area where the cath was performed, but lately it has been constant and very annoying for the last month. Should I be concerned, since I had severe bleeding when the cath was done and they had to put a pressure cap on the site for a few days to stem the bleeding. Should I notify my Cardiologist?? I am concerned
