What Causes Twitching In Torso, Legs And Arms?
I am having some pretty extreme muscle twitching in my legs and some in my torso and arms and some cramping. This has been happening a lot but it started again last night in my sleep and It just keeps going it won t stop. It is a bit uncomfortable and has become very annoying. What would be causing this and what should my concerns be?
