What Causes Twitching Of Body Muscles?

Hi Sir, I am 31 year old recently shifted to UAE ( climate wise very hot as compared to my country). My body muscles are twitching since some weeks. It comes for some momemts and go on and then disappears.

Can you please help me to tell what to do or at least can i know what is the reason, please?
