What Causes Twitching Of Fingers And Toes?

Hi, my baby is nine months old I have noticed while he's asleep for naps and at night his hands fingers toes feet and sometimes his arms twitch. I've never noticed him doing it when he's awake..just wanting to know if this is normal or something to worry about
