What Causes Twitching Of Leg?

I noticed twitching in the left leg of my 3 and a half year old nephew when he sat on my when i was sitting on the floor and happened again when he sat down on a low step and a low stool. It only appears to be in one leg and only lasted a few seconds. I asked him if it hurt and he said no

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be the rest less leg syndrome, or some neurological problem due to excitation of the nerves in the leg.
I advise you to consult a neurologist for diagnosis and treatment .
you may need to have M.R.I, myogram, etc for diagnosis.
Avoid giving him stimulants like D.H.A, etc to prevent such excitation.
