What Causes Twitching On The Left Side Of Body After Head Injury?

My son is 35, on Christmas eve he was hit on the left side of the head, hard with a liquor bottle, caused a concussion, 2-3 wks later he has twitching on left side constant from the neck down to feet, left side only could this be a neurological problem? went to er 2-3 times, they don t know?

Thank you for the question.Concussion on left side head may commonly produce symptoms on opposite of body.Depending on findings of CT scan?MRI of head if there is no clot or delayed haziness in brain areas, this left sided neck and body,feet pain may be due to other cause, possibly cervical region of spine, so undergo an physical check up with an orthopedist too alonwith neuro
For treatment, chloraxazone 500mg and diclofenac K 50 mg twice a day after meals for 5 days, fomentation, massage be done.Also neurobion forte tabs once daily for 3 weeks
