What Causes Twitching On The Side Of Neck?

My right side of my neck has been twitching often with subtle movements in my smile. this has now moved up to twitches in my right eye when I smile. I have been doing acupuncture and self massage and it has helped a small amount, but still prevalent. What is the cause of this? Stress? Muscle Strain?

Hello,
It sounds like you are having muscle spasms. Acupuncture and massage can be helpful. The most common causes of muscle spasms are dehydration and not the correct vitamins. Take a multivitamin daily and make sure you are drinking at least 2 liters of water daily. Avoid all caffeine and alcohol
